Dr. Lily A. Brown

Dr. Lily Brown is a licensed clinical psychologist and expert in improving professional capacity and team-based wellness. Dr. Brown completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at Drexel University. Following that, she was a post-baccalaureate research assistant at Brown University for two years. She completed her Masters Degree and Doctoral Degree in Clinical Psychology and Learning and Behavior Psychology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Brown University. She has been on faculty at the University of Pennsylvania since 2016.

Dr. Brown’s expertise is in anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, and suicide prevention. She has published over 125 scientific articles on these topics and received numerous extramural grants to support her research.

Separate from her academic role, Dr. Brown is an expert in wellness coaching in the workplace. She has constantly evolving content in her repertoire to support professionals in achieving their maximum potential in the workplace and in their personal lives. She engages in public speaking and synchronous group wellness sessions on these topics every week. In addition, she provides individual and group consultation to professionals to help them reach their full potential in the workplace.
